Their biggest competition has been from 15-year old Wayne "Daniel" Parkhurst II who has been to every single Pure Stock race at both tracks this year. Daniel is currently leading in the points standings at both tracks and has several feature wins of his own.
The Potter car proves how anyone who has a desire to try their hand at stock car racing can do so without spending very much money to build a car. Another plus about this for the Potters is they can come and race, mingle around in the pits, and enjoy an evening of racing from the pit side. And when the night is over, they have won enough money to cover their pit passes and even more if they win the feature. But most of all, they are having a great deal of fun. The Potters want to encourage anyone who is interested in driving a race car to take a serious look at this class.
